Tuesday 28th July - Image of the Year Competition

The Image of the Year competition is the finale of our season as far as competitions are concerned.  There were 28 digital entries and 29 print entries.  Our EAF judge for the evening was Derek Leak from Lowestoft and he commented on each one and gave scores out of 20.  He gave 8 digital and 6 prints a score of 20 and from those he picked a winner, runner up and third placed image.  

Digital image of the Year was Kirani James In The Lead by Andy Caws.  Second place was Bringing Home the Herd by Di Jackson and third place was Sunrise In Southwold by Jan Murphy.

Print image of the year was Confrontation by Di Jackson, second place was R and R by Christine Alcock and third place was Scurry Racing by Robin Orrow.  You can see these and the Commended images below.
