Gooderstone Water Gardens

12 intrepid members of Wayland and District Photographic Club headed for Gooderstone Water Gardens on Sunday and thankfully, the weather forecasters got it wrong and hurricane Katia avoided Norfolk.  We enjoyed several hours (and several slices of cake) at Gooderstone.  The sunshine and blue sky provided good conditions for reflections in the lakes and those who were quick on the shutter buttons may have got images of butterflies or dragonflies.  As usual, taking photos proved to be hard work and some of us quenched our thirst at The Swan in Hillborough and tried out their carvery (excellent!).  Check out the Members' Gallery for more photos.

Start of the New Club Year-6th September 2011

Hi All

Hope you have had a great summer....if you could call it that? Tuesday 6th September 2011 sees our first meeting back and if you managed to get some images please bring them along, either on memory stick or disc, for viewing.

Peter Wilson has kindly put together a talk on using Flickr. This will include how to join our Flickr group, uploading your images and other useful tips.
