Sunday 24th February - Kings Lynn with Tim Leonard

Many thanks to Tim for making our club event to Kings Lynn so enjoyable and informative. He took us to many hidden gems of historic architectural and maritime interest which gave us a good variety of photographic opportunities.  Francesca must have felt quite chuffed to see so many club members having a go at ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) and, from what I could see, getting some quite remarkable results!  Lunch was an interesting experience - very social, but definitely not gastronomic! I suppose at £10.00 for 2 roast dinners we shouldn't complain.

Thanks to everyone who joined in - I hope you all enjoyed your day as much as I did and feel inspired to return to KL when the light and temperature are kinder.

  2. I agree with Roy, excellent day, however cold, we all came prepared. I learnt so much, these WDPC events are a perfect opportunity to discover different places, chat to fellow enthusiasts and learn stuff to improve your hobby, and chocolate cake at the end! Win win.
    Thanks Tim, and everyone else.
