12 intrepid members of Wayland and District Photographic Club headed for Gooderstone Water Gardens on Sunday and thankfully, the weather forecasters got it wrong and hurricane Katia avoided Norfolk. We enjoyed several hours (and several slices of cake) at Gooderstone. The sunshine and blue sky provided good conditions for reflections in the lakes and those who were quick on the shutter buttons may have got images of butterflies or dragonflies. As usual, taking photos proved to be hard work and some of us quenched our thirst at The Swan in Hillborough and tried out their carvery (excellent!). Check out the Members' Gallery for more photos.

Sorry I couldn't be there, looks like some photography went on! I will have to watch it at the next digital competition.
